How it works – exactly as laid out in the journal
1) Start by personalizing your journal cover! Use the Polaroid section to add a sticker, sketch something meaningful, or write a word that defines your journey. This is your creative space.
2) Orientation pages to define your “Why” and baseline confidence.
3) Eight themed “Action Quests” (3 mini-exercises each)
4) Daily Power Pages to log mood, focus task, gratitude and “prompt of the day”
5) Reflection & Notes section.
